As a senior dealmaker with Corum Group, Ivan is currently working with several AI M&A candidates. Ivan has had a 30+ year career in the software business that has included virtually every senior executive role up to, and including, CEO. During that time, he has worked with several marquee software companies including Unix System Labs, BEA Systems, Novell and Borland – as well as several startups.

Ivan first started working with artificial intelligence in the mid 1980’s developing rule-based systems using LISP and Prolog. More recently, he has been involved with machine learning initiatives focused around predictive analytics and natural language processing.

Ivan has also led a WFS AI market spotlight webcast.

Jeffrey Bunting has more than 25 years of experience in founding and leading technology companies, including 3 successful startups. He is an expert in all phases of the start-up lifecycle. He has demonstrated success in fundraising, new product innovation, growth, turnarounds, the drive to profitability, and profitable exits.

Jeff has a unique ability to drive technology innovation, creative marketing, business development and strategy. As founder of ActiveStrategy, Inc. Jeff implemented strategy management software systems and provided management consulting to organizations and Senior Executives worldwide and led the company to an acquisition by The Advisory Board Company. Jeff has deep expertise in hardware, software, AI, big data, healthcare and hospitals, and company culture and staff development. His business experience spans the US, Middle East, Europe and China.

Jeff holds a B.S. and M.S in Computer Science from East Stroudsburg University where he specialized in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Business and Computer Science departments at Berkeley City College.

Daria joined Corum in April 2019 as a Research Analyst. Her primary focus is contact and market research. Daria received a Master's degree in Sociology at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. She speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
